Position Title: Lead Trainer
Reports to: Operations Director
Initiative: Purpose Brands 414
Location: Onsite (Northwest Arkansas Metro) working across all Purpose Brands 414 initiatives
Compensation: $18-22/hour
Position Structure: We strive to offer flexibility in this role while also being honest about the nature of the work. Hiring activity changes throughout the year, so some seasons will be busier and may require additional hours or availability, while other times may be lighter. This is a variable-hour position, with weekly hours fluctuating based on hiring demand and organizational needs. Hours may range from 0–28 per week depending on recruiting volume and seasonality. Candidates who enjoy variety and adaptability tend to thrive in this environment.

Purpose Brands 414 is the umbrella organization for several redemptive, marketplace-driven initiatives including Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique, Bold Lives Men’s Thrift (launching in 2026), and Thrift Out. PB414 amplifies collective impact, purpose, and provision by cultivating a redemptive ecosystem where spiritual formation and business innovation come together to restore what’s broken and steward communities well.

Thrift Out exists to extend the stewardship cycle of garments while offering a clean, organized, deeply discounted shopping experience, allowing every person to leave with more dignity, more hope, and more for their family.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain consistent training across all Purpose Brands 414 initiatives
Communicate new hire development updates to location manager(s)
Continuously refine training content to reflect current store standards and SOPs
Model the mission, values, and culture of Purpose Brands 414 in every interaction
Serve as a keyholder
Provide leadership to the sales floor team
Maintain a problem-solving attitude; take initiative to identify needs and address them efficiently.
Demonstrate high SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) by responding quickly and sensitively in different situations, praying and ministering to team, customers and volunteers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in at a Purpose Brands 414 initiative or similar retail/non-profit environment preferred
Strong understanding of store operations, customer service, merchandising, and POS systems
Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to teach, encourage, and hold standards
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage a multi-day training schedule across locations
Reliable transportation for multi-location travel required
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Passion for the mission and values of Purpose Brands 414.
Must have reliable access to communication platforms.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be 16+ years of age
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

There is one God, eternally existing in three co-equal Persons: God the Father, God the
