Sales Floor Team Member (Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique)
Position Title: Sales Floor Team Member Reports to: Store Manager Position Structure:Part-Time Hours: 10-15 hours per week; availability for closing shifts on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Initiative: Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique Location: Bentonville Pay Rate: $14/hr

ABOUT BEAUTIFUL LIVES THRIFT BOUTIQUE
Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is a non-profit, upscale thrift boutique partnering with our generous community who donates, purchases, and serves with purpose to bring dignity and hope to women in a season of need.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome every customer who walks through the door, share the Beautiful Lives mission, and explain current sales or in-store events.
Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact - assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Help manage inventory, including receiving donations, stocking, and merchandising.
Organize and stock merchandise, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with store standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers and volunteers.
Maintain a quick and efficient checkout process and share about the Partner of the Month at every transaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Passion for the mission and values of Purpose Brands 414.
Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
Must have reliable access to communication platforms.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be 16+ years of age.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
