Reports to: Store Manager
Position Structure: Part-time 20-28 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, including evening availability.
Compensation: $19-24 per hour

POSITION PURPOSE
Bold Lives is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience while advancing our mission.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Store Manager will play a vital role in leading and developing the team, maintaining a welcoming and elevated store environment, contributing to visual merchandising, executing sales strategies, and promoting our mission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and manage the store’s team to meet business needs, creating a supportive and collaborative work environment
- Execute visual merchandising in the store
- Attend weekly leadership Level 10 (L10) meetings
- Participate in regular store walkthroughs
- Assist in leading team in meetings, trainings, and hiring processes
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Store Manager to execute store events, promotions, sales, and strategic changes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Store Manager to track necessary statistics such as team information, monthly impact, and more.
- Help with volunteer involvement and engagement, as needed.
- Assist in processing donations, as needed.
- Is responsible for collecting and compiling monthly reporting.
- Participate in Leadership Development opportunities such as conferences, personality training, and more.
- Live as an ambassador of your store by living in alignment with and upholding PB414’s vision, mission, purpose, and values in every situation.
- Be available for 20-28 hours each week and a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month.
- Adhere to Black Out Dates as shared in the annual time off guidelines.
- Provide visionary leadership by setting a positive example and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient point-of-sale operations, greeting, and merchandising.
- Oversee and lead out in daily store operations, ensuring seamless processing and optimal performance on a regular basis as well as through growth and transition.
- Foster a culture of human flourishing and unconditional positive regard among team members and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team, volunteers, and customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Leadership and team management experience, including training and developing team members.
- Previous retail experience with a keen eye for fashion trends and visual aesthetics.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
