Processing Team Member (Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique)
Position Title: Processing Team Member Reports to: Store Manager Position Structure: Part-time, 20-28 hours per week, including special events. Expected to work up to two Saturdays per month. Initiative: Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique Location: Fayetteville Compensation: $14 - 16 per hour

Purpose Brands 414 is the umbrella organization for several redemptive, marketplace-driven initiatives including Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique, Bold Lives Men’s Thrift (launching in 2026), and Thrift Out. PB414 amplifies collective impact, purpose, and provision by cultivating a redemptive ecosystem where spiritual formation and business innovation come together to restore what’s broken and steward communities well.
ABOUT BEAUTIFUL LIVES THRIFT BOUTIQUE
Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is a non-profit, upscale thrift boutique partnering with our generous community who donates, purchases, and serves with purpose to bring dignity and hope to women in a season of need.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the processing of donations: sorting, steaming, pricing, tagging, curating weekly collections for the store and events, and preparing items for the sales floor.
Uphold the Pricing Guideline to support store goals.
Welcome and assist donors at the back door.
Assist in directing volunteers in the processing room, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for their tasks.
Maintain processing room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
Occasionally assist on the sales floor as needed, always maintaining a spirit of teamwork and support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of clothing brands and pricing.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Passion for the mission and values of Purpose Brands 414.
Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
Must have reliable access to communication platforms.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be 16+ years of age
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
