ABOUT BOLD LIVES MEN’S THRIFT
Bold Lives Men's Thrift will provide a high-end shopping experience without the high-end price tag, giving men the confidence to look sharp and live boldly.
POSITION PURPOSE
To support the mission of Bold Lives Thrift Boutique by creating an exceptional and welcoming shopping experience, serving as the first point of contact for customers, and processing donations with excellence and care.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet every customer warmly and communicate the Bold Lives mission and current store promotions.
Deliver excellent customer service: assist with fitting rooms, locating items, holding merchandise, and sharing about the monthly mission focus.
Maintain a positive and encouraging environment among team members while remaining attentive to customer needs.
Maintain an efficient and accurate checkout experience.
Restock merchandise and maintain visual displays to reflect an elevated, cohesive aesthetic.
Manage fitting room flow and return items promptly to the sales floor.
Keep the front desk and sales floor clean, organized, and inviting.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and involve leadership when needed.
Welcome and direct volunteers to appropriate areas or leadership.
Communicate floor needs with team members and leadership throughout the shift.
Complete all assigned duties before the end of each shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer service mindset with a servant-hearted attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Interest in men’s fashion and merchandising
Dependable transportation
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be 16+ years of age
